James Adams is working with a leading financial services firm based in Derby who are looking to engage an experienced Business Analyst for a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-profile integration project for a firm known for its progressive culture and dynamic ways of working.

Our client is embarking on a complex systems integration and is seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in managing data-driven projects and Salesforce implementations. This role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is confident working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage acquisition and integration plans, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate across business and technical teams to gather requirements and drive execution.
• Deliver clear documentation, process improvements, and reporting to support project objectives.
• Support system and data migration activities with attention to quality, impact, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce friction across integration processes.

Experience Required:

• Proven background as a Business Analyst within financial services or similarly regulated sectors.
• Demonstrable experience with Salesforce-related projects or CRM implementation is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively across multiple teams.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to delivery – someone who can hit the ground running.
• Duration: 3 months initially
• IR35 Status: Inside IR35
