What is Noda?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented Business Analyst to be part of our dynamic team.

Your mission:

You'll support a critical digital transformation project: integrating our front-end system (used by merchants and internal teams) with a CRM platform. This large-scale initiative requires someone who understands business context, can structure data workflows, and connect stakeholders, developers, and product teams effectively. You will:

1. Get involved in the Salesforce and front-end integration project
2. Work with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into technical tasks
3. Design and analyze data models, understanding data flow and rationale
4. Contribute to data flow architecture and processes
5. Establish efficient data collection and validation processes
6. Communicate effectively across teams
7. Ensure data and solution consistency and integrity throughout the project
8. Bring clarity and logical thinking to every stage

Your skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst
• Hands-on experience with CRM projects, ideally involving Salesforce
• Ability to analyze and improve complex processes
• Experience in technical and analytical documentation
• Excellent communication skills - simplifying complex ideas
• Fluent Russian and professional English (B2+)
• Proactivity, ownership, and independence

Nice to have:

• Experience with IT system integration
• Knowledge of SQL or database structures
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, API integrations
