Customer Reporting Manager
Location: York, Norwich, Bristol, Eastleigh, or London based (50% hybrid working)
Hours: Full-time (flexible options available)
Salary: circa £50,000 (National), circa £60,000 (London)

A bit about the job:
This role involves managing customer reporting, developing and maintaining governance processes, and analyzing data to provide clarity on performance drivers. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate definitions and reporting of outcomes monthly for key stakeholders. Your responsibilities include carrying out monthly reporting for key customer metrics, supporting internal and external audit activities, and working with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and improve standards.
