What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will stay informed on regulatory updates, interpret their implications, and translate them into practical compliance solutions. You will assist with implementing the compliance plan, developing and maintaining policies, processes, and MI reports to ensure regulatory compliance.

Your responsibilities will also include reviewing, advising, and approving financial promotions, as well as designing and delivering regulatory training to the business.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

• Extensive experience and compliance knowledge within the general insurance sector
• Understanding of FCA Handbooks, especially ICOBS, PROD4, DPA, financial crime, consumer credit, and complaints
• Experience in practical application of FCA rules and regulations, such as Consumer Duty and SMCR

This is a hybrid role based from our Cardiff Office, working three days in the office and two from home.
