As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will work within an experienced Compliance team dedicated to guiding the business through regulatory requirements in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will also provide subject matter expertise and support to junior team members.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will stay informed on regulatory updates, interpret their implications, and translate them into practical compliance solutions. You will assist with implementing the compliance plan, developing and maintaining policies, processes, and MI reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
Your responsibilities include reviewing, advising on, and approving financial promotions, as well as designing and delivering regulatory training to the business.

The expected salary range is £30,000 - £50,000.
This is a hybrid role based in our Cardiff office, working three days in the office and two from home.
