Blue Legal is partnering with a leading accountancy and business advisory firm that is recruiting for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join their London office on a 12-month FTC basis. The role involves supporting the firm’s largest business line by shaping, driving, and implementing business development and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will enjoy team leadership, be proactive in managing workloads, and confident in collaborating and communicating with directors, managers, and partners to support business growth.

The Responsibilities:

1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the group’s market landscape, service portfolio, and competitors to inform strategic marketing efforts.
2. Partner with stakeholders and internal teams to design and implement market entry strategies, campaigns, and growth programmes across sectors and geographies.
3. Lead initiatives to promote digital tools, CRM platforms, and self-service resources to enhance campaign effectiveness, data accuracy, and ROI.
4. Plan and deliver key events, thought leadership content, and distribute marketing materials via the firm’s channels, including website and social media.
5. Ensure the consistency and quality of marketing and BD assets, support client targeting efforts, and provide updates to improve performance.
6. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering practical, forward-thinking solutions to marketing and business development challenges.

The Candidate:

1. Strong marketing background with experience in integrated campaigns, digital platforms, social media, and CRM optimization.
2. Understanding of business development practices, including client feedback, key account planning, and campaign follow-up.
3. Excellent project management skills and the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
4. Proactive attitude with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a professional services environment.
