Online, Digital and Audio Sales Director
Penguin Random House is looking for a new Online, Digital and Audio Sales Director to lead our business and strategy in the online space, in the UK and internationally. Reporting to the Group Sales Director, the successful candidate will lead the online sales teams, maximising the sales of PRH books in physical, e-book and audio in all online channels.
About our team
The Group Sales department is responsible for the sales of Penguin Random House UK titles worldwide. Our mission is to achieve profitable growth and be the best possible ambassadors for our books and authors. We work with a broad array of retailers across all sectors, using data and analytics to inform our strategy.
The role
Core to this role is leading effective trading relationships with major online platforms including Amazon, Audible and Spotify. Working closely with the Group Sales Director and other members of the Sales senior leadership team, the successful candidate will also play a significant part in steering the overall direction of sales strategy at Penguin Random House.
