Job Purpose

We seek an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager for a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave. You will drive pipeline growth through executing impactful field marketing programs in collaboration with regional sales teams and lead the planning and execution of Unily’s flagship annual event, Unite, to foster engagement and business growth.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and managing a team of two, you will develop marketing initiatives that generate demand, accelerate sales, and strengthen Unily’s brand presence in key markets.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Field Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement integrated programs to generate pipeline and revenue in partnership with regional sales teams.
  2. Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales leadership and teams to understand regional needs and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
  3. Event Management: Oversee planning and execution of Unite, regional events, trade shows, and customer roundtables.
  4. Pipeline Generation & Acceleration: Design targeted campaigns, webinars, executive roundtables, and engagement programs to move prospects through the funnel.
  5. Budget & Performance Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI and tracking campaign performance with clear metrics.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of two field marketers, fostering growth and operational excellence.
  7. Content & Messaging: Ensure programs align with corporate messaging and resonate regionally.
  8. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, BDRs, and customer success teams for seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 6+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation within B2B technology or SaaS sectors.
  • Event Execution Expertise: Successful experience in managing large-scale events, including logistics and vendor management.
  • Sales Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work with sales teams to deliver measurable results.
  • People Leadership: Experience managing and developing teams in a high-performance environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, measure success, and optimize programs based on insights.
  • Project Management: Highly organized with multi-project juggling skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and event management software.
