An ERP Implementation Specialist is required for an Outside IR35 project in Leeds, working for a growing manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be a competent problem-solver with strong business process and influencing skills.

Client Details

The company is a well-established, mid-sized organisation in the industrial/manufacturing sector, based in Leeds. It operates in a niche market place and is experiencing recent growth, so needs to align and update its business processes and systems.

Description

As the ERP Implementation Specialist, you will be required to:

1. Implement and optimise ERP systems across all business processes
2. Identify and rectify system issues and inefficiencies
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
4. Design and implement training programmes for end-users
5. Monitor system performance and generate regular reports for the Board
6. Ensure system compliance with company and industry standards

Profile

The successful ERP Implementation Specialist should have:

• Completed a similar project within an SME manufacturing environment
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills to explain complex systems in simple terms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of EFACS or Epicor systems (Ideally)

Job Offer
