How you will make a difference:

As our Global Payroll Implementation Lead, you’ll take the lead in rolling out our global payroll systems and processes across multiple countries. This is a high-impact role where you’ll guide end-to-end implementation projects - ensuring smooth system integration, compliance with local regulations, data accuracy, and on-time delivery.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and regional payroll teams to build scalable and efficient payroll operations that meet both global standards and local needs. • Lead global payroll implementations across multiple regions — from vendor selection to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Drive process excellence by identifying improvements, standardizing global practices, and ensuring scalable, repeatable solutions.
• Partner across the business — acting as the key liaison between HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver seamless payroll experiences.
• Manage risk and timelines through detailed project plans, resource alignment, and proactive issue resolution.
• Guide and support teams through training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure operational readiness.
• Support and develop talent by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and helping team members grow through feedback and coaching.
• Champion continuous improvement, refining our payroll methodologies and driving efficiencies at every stage.
• Ensure success metrics are met, managing implementation forecasts and supporting client satisfaction goals.

What will make you stand out:

• Previous experience in payroll operations, including leading teams in global, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in project management, or global expansion initiatives is a big plus
• Solid knowledge of global payroll compliance across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data, solve problems creatively, and make confident, informed decisions.
• Exceptional skills in communication, stakeholder management, and navigating change at scale.
• Comfortable leading hybrid or remote teams, with strong time management and organisational capabilities.
• Known for your ability to prioritise effectively, stay calm under pressure, and get things done.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems like Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
