I am recruiting for a Senior Software Implementation Consultant on behalf of a US-based global client, a leader in software solutions for the packaging industry.

As a Senior Software Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the Professional Services team, leading or supporting the implementation of enterprise software solutions for clients across manufacturing and packaging sectors. This role requires strong consultative skills, comprehensive product knowledge, and the ability to drive customer success through effective implementation strategies.

You should be comfortable working both on-site and virtually across multiple client engagements. Responsibilities include conducting requirements workshops, software configuration, process documentation, end-user training, troubleshooting, and go-live support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support software implementation projects with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
• Deliver training to end users and administrators.
• Support testing and issue resolution during implementation.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Contribute to team improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide subject matter expertise.
• Support internal initiatives like sales enablement and knowledge base development.
• Maintain an average billable utilization rate of 80% or higher.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the packaging, corrugated box, or folding carton manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with implementing enterprise application software.
• Familiarity with packaging or manufacturing solutions.
• Experience within a professional services or consulting organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
