We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Sales Development Executive to help us build meaningful relationships from day one.

?️ What’s the job?

As a Sales Development Executive at MQube, you’ll play a critical role in the early stages of the sales cycle. You’ll engage potential clients, qualify opportunities, and ensure the right prospects are passed to our sales and leadership teams.

You’ll also manage our CRM (HubSpot), look to optimise our sales processes, and collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams to improve conversion from lead to opportunity.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, perfect for someone who’s process-driven, curious, and commercially sharp.

? Key responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using a defined set of criteria
  • Conduct intro and discovery calls with prospective clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot and keep records up to date
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to automate and streamline the sales process
  • Coordinate with Marketing to support campaign follow-up and lead tracking
  • Provide handover of qualified opportunities to Sales and the wider leadership team
  • Contribute ideas to improve our outreach, content, and lead conversion

  • You’re familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a bonus)

Experience in fintech, proptech, or SaaS sales is a plus, but not a dealbreaker.

2.A short take-home exercise (we keep it straightforward, just enough to see your approach)

3.A 60-minute interview where you’ll talk us through your exercise and dive deeper into the role

We've offices in Guildford and Leeds. We love hybrid work but we'd expect you to join us in our Guildford office about twice a week when you’re not in external meetings.
