Post holders of this role will form the front line of system support for the Bupa Health Clinics systems support team. Post holders will manage a portfolio of incidents and requests assigned to them via the ticketing system. They will be responsible for owning the ticket and delivering a successful and prompt outcome either completing the work themselves or liaising with key contacts to ensure resolution. Additionally, the role holder will be responsible for delivering regular tasks such as bulk messaging or data uploads.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

  • Work within the clinics systems support teams to ensure standard operations are maintained, including resolving incidents and delivering requests from clinics colleagues.
  • Perform regular tasks such as sending confirmation texts and data uploads.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, key colleagues, and external suppliers to ensure tickets are handled effectively and promptly.
  • Support all clinics systems as needed and liaise with support teams representing clinics colleagues regarding systems and hardware.
  • Manage your own portfolio of Service Now tickets and tickets on provider support portals.
  • Meet KPIs for your ticket portfolio.
