Role Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by converting enquiries into leads and upselling events
- Manage client relationships pre- and post-event
- Act as a venue ambassador, maintaining a positive brand image
- Implement sales strategies with the team to achieve growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Respond to quotations and leads promptly
- Manage client information effectively
- Coordinate event details with operational teams
- Participate in trade fairs, site inspections, and client entertainment
- Engage in proactive outreach, including cold and warm calling
- Conduct client site visits and planning meetings
- Stay informed about pricing, competitors, and industry trends
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in a similar sales role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the London industry
- Strong client relationship management skills
