Job summary

Job Purpose

Support the Operational Resilience Manager in delivering Digital and Operational Resilience initiatives, managing ongoing resilience activities for multiple Boku entities, and providing Business Analysis support for implementing and executing the company’s Resilience Framework in compliance with Regulatory Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in executing deliverables to implement and refine the Digital Operational Resilience Framework, including policies, plans, and procedures related to Risk Management, Incident Management, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and Disaster Recovery.
  2. Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders for activities such as End-to-End Function Mapping, Business Impact Assessments, Impact Tolerance Setting, and Risk Assessments.
  3. Lead testing programme planning, oversee execution, report on testing outcomes, and address identified gaps or vulnerabilities.
  4. Compile MI reports quarterly from various stakeholders to monitor resilience levels of Critical Functions for Senior Management and the Board.
  5. Coordinate activities related to outsourcing lifecycle management, including issuing Due Diligence Questionnaires, conducting third-party risk assessments, and reviewing contracts for resilience provisions.
  6. Review regulations in relevant jurisdictions to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
  7. Prepare reports on project status and regular updates for Senior Management and Board meetings.
  8. Participate in internal and external audits and inspections as required.
  9. Attend industry events to stay informed about developments like DORA regulations.
