Field Sales Manager – Field Based - £60,000 – 80,000

As our client continues to expand, we are seeking a Field Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join our client to cover their UK and Ireland regions within the Mining, Quarrying, Minerals, and Aggregate industries.

This role is suitable for someone with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, selling specialist capital equipment to the Mining, Quarrying, Minerals, or Aggregate industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. The Field Sales Manager will generate new business and manage existing clients across the UK and Ireland, selling specialist equipment to customers in the Mining, Quarrying, Minerals, and Aggregate industries.
  2. Provide technical solutions to customers, requiring engineering knowledge to sell the correct solutions.
  3. Sell equipment including high-end automated filtration presses and separation equipment.
  4. Attend client sites, including Mining and Quarry sites, regularly to build lasting relationships and generate sales.
Key Attributes:
  • Experience working in the Mining, Quarrying, Minerals, and Aggregate industries selling similar equipment.
  • Hunter and farmer sales approach, with a technical mindset to provide solutions.
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites as needed.
