Building Manager – High-End Residential Development

Are you a natural leaderwith a passion for people, community, and quality service?

We’re looking for an experienced Building Manager totake charge of a landmark residential development in Manchester. Withpremium facilities and a growing resident community, this is yourchance to create something truly special.

Your Mission:

You’ll be theheartbeat of the development—leading your team, supporting residents,and keeping everything running like clockwork. From maintenancecoordination to managing move-ins and resolving queries, you’ll befront and centre, making life better for everyone who calls this placehome.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead, support, and motivate your on-site team
• Oversee day-to-day building management and compliance checks
• Coordinate contractors and planned maintenance
• Welcome new residents and provide a visible on-site presence
• Manage keys, parcels, and resident licenses (pets,alterations etc.)
• Drive engagement, build trust, and helpshape a true community feel

What You’llBring:

• Experience managing residential developmentsor transferable environments (hospitality, military, leisure, etc.)
• Excellentcommunication and organisational skills
• A hands-on,people-first approach
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office(Excel, Outlook, Word)
