Location: Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Nottingham, Oldham, Swansea

Salary: Up to £57,400 per annum

The Role

The company plays a crucial role in maintaining safety standards on the roads, conducting tests, and overseeing vehicle-related matters in the UK.

The Digital Workspace team designs, builds, and supports the core devices and software used by colleagues across the country, with a strong focus on Digital Employee Experience, continuous improvement, security, and sustainability. They deliver highly automated, cloud-managed Microsoft and Apple solutions, utilizing technologies such as M365, Copilot, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint, Apple Automated Device Enrolment, Platform SSO, and Netskope network security.

• Drive improvements to deliver new and updated core infrastructure services based on business and user needs.

• Maintain core infrastructure services through problem analysis, proactive support, and implementing improvements.
