You will advise developers, lenders, contractors, consultants, and public sector bodies on formal disputes and project advisory stages. Responsibilities include advising on consultant appointments, warranties, construction and development contracts across sectors such as residential, office, retail, life sciences, energy, industrials, and transport. You will also have the opportunity to participate in high-value international arbitration and adjudication matters. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in construction litigation, including familiarity with the TCC, adjudication processes, and preparing pleadings, witness, and expert statements.
