This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Enfranchisement Solicitor or Legal Executive to work on enfranchisement and leasehold residential property matters with a focus on expanding the specialist leasehold team at the firm.
What you’ll do
When you join the team with Davisons Law as an Enfranchisement Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will play a pivotal role in helping leaseholders buy the freehold of their property or extend their lease. With at least five years' PQE gained working within the enfranchisement sector you will have an ability to actively market within this specialist area.
