The Accommodation Contract Management Office (ACMO) administers and monitors the Facilities Management contract between The University of Reading and UPP halls accommodation service partners. We also issue the student licence agreements as landlord. UPP provides services such as cleaning, reception, maintenance, marketing, and allocation.
Our primary function is to ensure that students and guests in halls receive excellent and consistent services as outlined in the contract. The ACMO team also manages Stay@Reading, the student summer vacation letting business.
We are seeking an administrator and operations support team member with strong office administration skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to suggest efficiencies and improvements. The candidate should be proficient with large spreadsheets, managing multiple inboxes, and confident using various electronic systems daily.
You Will Have/Be:
The role requires a minimum of two full days in the office per week, with the option for additional days. During training, in-office work will be necessary, with the duration to be agreed.
