A leading retained senior management recruitment firm, with offices across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, is looking to recruit into their Research Team within their Manchester office.

The role of a Researcher involves identifying, assessing, approaching, and selecting candidates.

Responsibilities include working with Consultants to identify target firms, constructing search strategies, expanding and updating candidate pools through proactive research, utilizing CRM, LinkedIn, external databases, social media, sourcing calls, and internet research to generate suitable candidates and market intelligence.

Active headhunting, conducting initial telephone interviews, assessing candidate fit, providing feedback to Consultants, and promoting the company's reputation through effective candidate handling are key duties.

• Minimum 18 months agency recruitment experience, preferably from a retained recruitment background within a professional sector.
