(36 hours, 12hr shifts 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 7 off)

Marshalls Civils and Drainage is a leading manufacturer of precast concrete drainage and bespoke products with manufacturing sites in Pollington and Mells. As a result of our continued success, we are recruiting for a Production Operative known as an Operations Team Member at Marshalls with a background in Manufacturing Production Plant to join our award winning company at our Pollington site.
So what's the mission?
You will be responsible for the safe operation of plant and equipment (inclusive of mechanical handling equipment such as FLTs) to manufacture concrete products to required specifications, contributing to site delivery of safety, quality, waste and OEE targets. You will join the business on our day shift initially, which is 6am -2pm Mon - Fri. Once you are trained up, you will move onto our 12 hour shift.
