A leading organization in the UK is seeking Support Workers for Waking Nights to provide care for young people with complex needs. No experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. The role offers opportunities for personal development and includes a generous benefits package.

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our waking nights team to support our young people across the residential accommodation on InFocus campus.
We support a large number of young people aged between 17 and 36, with complex sensory, physical, and emotional needs, making our setting truly unique and rewarding. You’ll be part of the waking night support team, providing exceptional care, health, and therapy to our young people throughout the night when required.
You will be supported every step of the way through an excellent, well-designed induction programme and mandatory training, helping you start confidently and understand your role within the organisation. We offer many opportunities for personal development. If you haven’t already obtained a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent, we will fund and support your enrolment and training in this qualification, which is a requirement of the role.
Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary. InFocus will support you with an induction programme and mandatory training to ensure you understand your role and contribution to the organisation. We also offer many opportunities for personal development.
