Job description

Tobin is a great young man with a dedicated team around him. He is currently looking to add a few more staff members, including a temporary senior support worker to support his team leader. Tobin lives independently and is usually active during the day. He enjoys drives in his car, outdoor activities, and exploring new places.

During the day, you will support Tobin in activities he enjoys, such as swimming, woodland walks, day trips to national trusts, aquariums, or spending time near the sea. Tobin sleeps well but has epilepsy, so staff will need to monitor him at night.

Tobin values independence but requires assistance with personal care and maintaining his home. The role involves always working with two people, including shifts during both day and night, and supporting the team leader in leadership responsibilities.
