Support Coordinator Gloucester

Temporary, full-time (37.5 hpw), rota working

Pay: £25,838 to £26,645 per annum, with great benefits including a Health Cash Plan

About the Role

Want to be part of a team that cares and empowers you to help change a customer’s life for the better? As our Lead Support Worker (known as Coordinator), you'll support customers with complex needs to develop skills for independent living. Your daily tasks will include creating support plans, coordinating a small team, assisting with daily living activities, and conducting risk assessments and reviews.

• Own vehicle insured for business purposes (mileage paid)

Our Team

You will join Debbie, our Senior Client Service Manager, and the Gloucester team. We are passionate and supportive, working closely together.

Job Details

• Working hours: 37.5 hours over 7 days, with flexibility to meet customer needs
• Rota working pattern
• Occasional lone working, with regular team meetings and training
• Use of technology for support plans, online learning, and collaboration
• Enhanced DBS check required (paid for by us)
