As our Lead Support Worker (known as Coordinator), you'll support customers with complex needs to develop skills for independent living. Your daily tasks will include creating support plans, coordinating a small team, assisting with daily living activities, and conducting risk assessments and reviews.
You will join Debbie, our Senior Client Service Manager, and the Gloucester team. We are passionate and supportive, working closely together.
