We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Director - Treasury. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Product, Global, this full-time, permanent position is based in London, United Kingdom. It offers regional coverage and the chance to significantly impact our Product Organisation, Corporate department, and its growth.
Purpose of Role
- Develop and manage Vistra Treasury solutions to meet current and anticipated customer needs.
- Serve as the primary solution owner, working alongside Product Management, Commercial, Technology, Product Marketing, and Service Delivery to ensure solutions align with market needs and achieve results.
- Conduct market planning and intelligence, set pricing strategies, and understand the end-to-end client experience.
Scope
- Responsible for Banking and Treasury globally.
- Manage direct reports (pre-sales) and collaborate with Product Managers across Global and Fund Solutions to shape the Treasury offerings.
- Work closely with Commercial, Service Delivery, Technology, and Marketing leads to ensure solution-market alignment.
- Lead a small team delivering Treasury services to clients.
- Contribute to profitability and financial performance.
- Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to monitor performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan
- Understand market landscape to inform portfolio strategy through customer feedback and competitive intelligence.
- Translate market insights into 1-3 year product plans with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing to develop messaging and campaign plans.
- Set growth targets by solution and country.
- Align quotas and territories with forecasts.
- Plan staffing needs based on Subject Matter Expert capacity.
Execute
- Develop and communicate a solution roadmap with launch timelines.
- Forecast performance and diagnose issues with Commercial Operations.
- Identify market gaps with Service Delivery.
- Review content for campaigns and manage SME deployment.
Attributes/Technical Skills
Relationships with Banks, EMIs & Financial Tech Companies
- Strong existing relations and negotiation experience.
- Ability to build new relationships.
Banking and Payment Technologies & Protocols
- Deep understanding for solution development and client engagement.
Product Development & Sales
- Knowledge of solution areas and industry.
- Experience with banking & payment ecosystems, product roadmaps, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

Relevant Experience
Essential
- Senior global solution/product management experience in corporate services or related industries.
Education & Qualifications
Degree in economics, finance, business, or math. Additional qualifications like MBA, CIM, CPSL are advantageous.
