We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Director - Treasury. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Product, Global, this full-time, permanent position is based in London, United Kingdom. It offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Product Organisation, Corporate department, and its growth.

Purpose of Role

  • Develop and manage Vistra Treasury solutions to meet current and anticipated customer needs.
  • Act as the primary solution owner, working alongside Product Management, Commercial, Technology, Product Marketing, and Service Delivery to ensure solutions align with market needs and achieve results.
  • Conduct market planning and intelligence, set price positioning strategy, and understand the end-to-end client experience.

Scope

  • Responsible for Banking and Treasury globally.
  • Manage direct reports (pre-sales) and collaborate with Product Managers across Global and Fund Solutions to shape the Treasury product mix.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Service Delivery, Technology, and Marketing to ensure solution-market alignment.
  • Lead a team delivering Treasury services to clients.
  • Contribute to profitability and financial performance.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and monitored.

Key Responsibilities

Planning:
  • Understand the market landscape to inform portfolio strategy through customer voice and competitive intelligence.
  • Create 1-3 year product plans with Product Management, Commercial, and Technology.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing to develop value propositions and campaign calendars.
  • Set growth targets by solution and country.
  • Align quotas and territories with forecasts.
  • Plan staffing needs based on SME capacity.

Execution:
  • Develop and communicate solution roadmaps with launch timelines.
  • Forecast solution performance with Commercial Operations and diagnose issues.
  • Identify market gaps with Service Delivery.
  • Review marketing content for campaigns.
  • Manage SME deployment and workload, and oversee team performance.

Attributes/Technical Skills

Strong relationships with Banks, EMIs, and FinTechs, including negotiation and relationship-building experience.

Deep understanding of Banking and Payment technology & protocols.

Experience in product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and adaptability.

Knowledge of value proposition principles.

Relevant Experience

Essential: Significant experience in a senior solution/product management role within corporate services or related industries.

Education and Qualifications: Degree in economics, finance, business, or related discipline; MBA, CIM, CPSL are advantageous.
