Leading UK-based private credit fund is looking to hire a hands-on Treasury & Finance Director to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to be the first dedicated finance hire and directly influence the company's financial strategy.

The Responsibilities

1. Manage cash flow statements, financial forecasts, and FX exposures.
2. Oversee loan records, portfolio monitoring tools, and ensure accurate reporting to investors, enhancing expertise in debt management and financial structuring.
3. Act as the main contact for investors and senior lenders, building relationships that influence financial strategy and ensuring compliance across the business.
4. Lead systems and processes affecting the entire company, such as portfolio monitoring tools and compliance reporting, positioning as a leader within the organisation.

The Requirements

1. Extensive experience in business development.
2. Minimum of 3+ years in treasury or finance roles, with experience in financial management, loan portfolio oversight, and investor relations.
3. Strong analytical skills to manage cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance functions.
