Due to their impressive growth, they are now seeking an enthusiastic Senior Project Surveyor to join their team.

Your new role

As a Senior Project Surveyor, you will work with a Director to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects. Your responsibilities will cover the entire project lifecycle, from inception, through design and procurement, to site delivery and commissioning. You will also carry out peer reviews and report writing exercises to critically assess processes and projects completed by others.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management (BSc or MSc).
• Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a consulting environment providing full spectrum of CM services.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality consulting services.
• Understanding of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Ability to advise clients and design teams on cost, value, and risk.
• Excellent IT skills, including digital measurement tools (CostX), cost planning, and tender documentation.
• Strong numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to challenge positively and engagingly.
• Understanding of various project types, sizes, and sectors.
• Ability to manage relationships and resolve issues proactively.
• People management skills and external relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and with Directors on project delivery.
• Team-oriented with a desire for career progression.
• Commitment to quality and social responsibility initiatives.
