Lead Implementation Engineer/Administrator

We are seeking a Lead Implementation Engineer/Administrator with the ability to lead a team and support the following responsibilities:

1. Deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation updates related to servers, kiosks/monitoring stations, peripherals, e-gates, and drivers.
2. Providing technical expertise to design, deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and document servers, storage, SANs, switches, firewalls, routers, and backup appliances.
3. Leading a team of engineers, mentoring, and guiding team members.
4. Technical expertise in:

• Windows and Linux operating systems (client and server side)
• Kiosks and servers
• Virtualization (vSphere, ESXi, VMware)
• Peripherals
• Client hardware and related drivers (nice to have)
• Racking and mounting infrastructure for data centers
• Cabling infrastructure
• Configuring infrastructure kits
