Senior HR Advisor Sheffield (Hybrid) £38K + 10% Bonus + Company Bonus

A global FMCG leader, specialising in health, beauty, and cosmetic products, is seeking a confident and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join their growing People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a business that partners with major global retailers and operates across the UK, South Africa, and Asia.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a modern, people-first HR function across the UK while collaborating with global offices.

This position offers exposure to all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee engagement, and office culture, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Strategic HR Partnering: Support leadership with workforce planning, organisational design, and talent initiatives.
  2. Employee Relations & Performance: Advise on ER issues, manage performance plans, conduct investigations, and support grievance processes.
  3. Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with the Talent Partner to identify hiring needs, interview candidates, and facilitate onboarding.
  4. HR Compliance & Policy: Stay updated on employment legislation and best practices; support policy reviews and updates.
  5. People Analytics: Utilize HR data to influence decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention.
  6. Culture & Engagement: Champion internal initiatives, support wellbeing and social events, and foster an engaging office environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Fully qualified HR professional with at least 3 years of senior-level experience.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Confident communicator and trusted advisor.
  • Ability to influence at all organisational levels.
