Job Title: HR Services Manager

Work Pattern: Hybrid, 2 days from office

We are seeking a proactive, commercial, and results-driven HR Services Manager with experience in service delivery and management. This role will lead the HR team, which currently includes HR Coordinators, a Recruitment Coordinator, and an L&D Coordinator, with plans for expansion. The primary objectives are to manage the integration of GBS HR services, identify areas for efficiency and process improvement, and ensure the team delivers a best-in-class service. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching abilities.
