A Regional Sales Manager is required for a hugely successful OEM of precision automated machinery solutions to the manufacturing industry. As the Regional Sales Manager, your primary focus is to increase market share in the area, whilst continuing to develop the reputation and company brand values.
The basic salary is negotiable for the right person, with additional commission-based earnings, a company car with Hybrid option, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a private pension with up to 8% employer contributions, BUPA healthcare, Life Insurance, and most importantly, ongoing training and personal development opportunities.
This is a fully remote WFH position, with a laptop and phone provided.
Reporting to the MD, the responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager include:
Experience in a technical sales role is essential, especially in selling capital equipment; experience within the machine tool industry is highly advantageous.
A genuine interest in the manufacturing industry and its various sectors is important to effectively target potential customers. Combining sales and customer service skills, you will be the ultimate partner for your customers, ensuring that both you and the business remain their top choice.
Flexibility for frequent travel within the territory and to the UK HQ for product launches, demos, and customer open house events is essential.
