Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:00, and Saturday, 11:00 – 17:00, with one day off during the week.
Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per year, depending on experience.
This is a full-time, office-based role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of all administrative tasks related to client tenancy, handling a high volume of details and checks in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct various checks on potential tenancy clients, including reference, documentation, and status checks, in compliance with company policies.
- Communicate with clients, providing necessary information and confirming bookings or rejecting requests when required.
- Review and process a large volume of client tenancy booking requests accurately and efficiently.
- Inform relevant departments and managers of issues, discrepancies, or additional requirements.
- Ensure correct rent, dates, and deposits are collected and documented; coordinate with relevant departments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of references, bookings, and deposits.
- Manage property keys, issuing them to tenants and updating key codes in the system.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication within the company.
- Contribute to improving administrative processes by suggesting and implementing best practices.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Respond quickly to issues, queries, and inquiries, pre-empting potential problems.
- Perform other property administration tasks as required.
Candidate Attributes:
- Experience in a similar industry and administrative roles.
- Excellent command of English (written and oral).
- Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and calculations, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, adaptable to changing priorities.
