Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Annual Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

Day-to-Day Duties

• Managing company finances, cash flow, and generating financial reports, forecasts, and projections
• Overseeing monthly payrolls and advising on business planning and financial decisions
• Preparing reports, budgets, accounts, and financial statements
• Managing accounting practices and developing financial systems
• Conducting financial forecasting, research, and risk assessments
• Implementing budgets and reporting to the MD
• Participating in business modeling, scenario analysis, and long-term planning
• Managing payroll systems and labour cost projections

Essential Skills

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional accountancy qualification
• At least three years' experience in financial management
• Experience with cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in SAGE and willingness to learn other software
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Methodical and systematic approach
• Positive attitude and team player
• Own transport

Desirable Experience

• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
