Role: Senior Human Resource Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resource Manager with 6–10+ years of experience to lead and scale HR operations, hiring systems, and employee success initiatives across internal and client teams. This role will serve as a key partner in shaping people practices, improving performance, and building a strong organizational culture. The ideal candidate is both a systems thinker and a people champion, with a track record of leading HR strategy in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end HR operations including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
  2. Build scalable, structured HR systems and frameworks aligned with business goals and team needs
  3. Own the development and implementation of internal people processes across the employee lifecycle
  4. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define and drive organizational culture and engagement
  5. Guide strategic hiring efforts, including intake, interviews, evaluations, and final decisions
  6. Act as a trusted advisor to internal and client teams on HR strategy, people issues, and team design
  7. Oversee documentation, analytics, and reporting for all HR initiatives and outcomes
  8. Lead or contribute to projects in L&D, policy development, change management, and organizational planning

Required Qualifications

  1. 6–10+ years of HR experience, with demonstrated leadership in both strategic and operational HR
  2. Proven ability to design and scale people systems in dynamic or startup-style environments
  3. Experience in hiring, managing distributed teams, and working with offshore talent
  4. Strong understanding of performance, engagement, and organizational health metrics
  5. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
  6. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and modern HR tools and platforms
  7. A thoughtful, hands-on leader who can balance structure with flexibility in a growing organization
