As the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll report directly to the board and take the lead in shaping the digital marketing strategy. You will play a pivotal role in elevating our design-led brand across digital channels.

The Role:

• Leading multi-channel digital campaigns, email marketing, and engaging social content with the support of the digital agency
• Optimising the company website for both SEO and exceptional user experience
• Taking the lead on photoshoots, videos, and product launches
• Owning the brand story across every touchpoint with consistency and flair
• Planning and delivering standout trade shows and events across the UK and Europe
• Managing and motivating a talented marketing team while collaborating across departments
• Managing the marketing budgets, monitoring spend, and measuring ROI to drive smart decisions

The Candidate:

• Strong digital marketing skills including SEO, email strategy, analytics, and content planning
• Proven copywriting and editing experience
• Experience managing creative projects including events and photoshoots
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Dynamics 365, and MS Insights
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
• Experience within interiors, design, or luxury brands is a bonus but not essential
