One of our major Defence clients is urgently seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for an emergent role.

Qualifications

• Experience: Extensive NEC4 experience including ECI/ITT Drafting, Tender Evaluation, Contract Drafting, Framework drafting, procurement route selection, Contract Management, and Administration.
• Strong NEC4 procurement expertise to guide the team and advise on contracts.
• FIDIC knowledge is desirable.

Additional Information

• The role requires Security clearance; candidates must be UK nationals.
• Hybrid working model: home and Assystem Office; preferred locations are Plymouth or Portsmouth, with other options considered. Expectation: work from the Client office 3 days/week.
