You will lead a team of Business Development Managers and will be responsible for driving the success of each individual. You will be tasked with driving performance, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective clients, developing action plans where necessary, and co-selling strategically. You will execute the GTM strategy for acquiring new creators who are a good fit for Eventbrite. You’ll be actively involved in the largest prospects of the team, guiding the preparation of proposals, and participating in pitch presentations and negotiations. You will be responsible for reporting on the success and challenges of your team. You will work cross-functionally with the EMEA Commercial Management and Customer Success teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience and to optimize revenue for the EMEA region as a whole. You will hire the best talent and manage the individual performance of the BDMs to build and maintain a strong team. By coaching on procedure, technique, and pipeline management, you will ensure career progression and job satisfaction for your team of Britelings.
You will be responsible for all commercial activities and revenue targets for the team. You will report to the Director of Sales for EMEA and work with them as well as with the Marketing team, to build pipeline, provide key feedback and execute on business success metrics, and consistently push your team to beat targets. The position involves managing inside/telesales representatives responsible for closing sales over the phone/online meetings. You will administer and design the sales incentive plan for these representatives. You will train, mentor, coach, and supervise inside/telesales staff. You should have thorough knowledge of the organization’s products/services. You will prioritize and allocate resources, working with the field sales organization to support representatives in the field. You should have deep knowledge of outbound sales, pipeline creation, lead sourcing, and experience managing outbound sales teams/reps. You may work with inside/telesales representatives to develop channel partnerships. You will be responsible for market development, setting targets, and ensuring revenue generation.
