Job Description

One of our major Defence clients is urgently seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for a critical role.

Qualifications

• Experience: Extensive NEC4 pre-contract experience, including ECI/ITT drafting, tender evaluation, contract drafting, framework drafting, procurement route selection, contract management, and administration.
• Procurement: Strong NEC4 procurement experience is essential to guide the team and advise on contracts.
• Knowledge: FIDIC knowledge is desirable.

• The role requires Security clearance; candidates must be Sole UK nationals.
• Hybrid working model: home and Assystem Office. Preferred office locations are Plymouth or Portsmouth, but other options are possible. Expectation is to work from the client’s office 3 days/week.
