Spa Sales Manager Luxury Spa Mayfair, Central London

We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Spa Sales Manager to join a prestigious luxury spa in the heart of Mayfair, Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the spas sales strategy, driving revenue through membership sales, corporate partnerships, exclusive uses and guest experiences. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure the spa continues to deliver an exceptional standard of service and remains a market leader.

Youll need to be proactive, results-driven, and able to build strong relationships with high-end clients. A background in luxury wellness, spa or hotel/hospitality sales is essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase spa memberships, treatments, exclusive use and package bookings

* Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, hotel partners, local Mayfair resident and high-net-worth individuals

* Maximise revenue opportunities through targeted PR, marketing and promotions with the Marketing Manager.

* Maintain strong product knowledge within the spa to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction

* Analyse sales performance and implement improvements to meet and exceed targets
