Enterprise Transformation Management Office (ETMO) Lead

As the ETMO Lead, you will play an active role in shaping, establishing, and delivering a programme office to support key strategic programmes across the Allianz UK business, enhancing change delivery capability.

You will contribute to fostering teamwork and supporting colleagues in providing all programme management capabilities.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Establishing and managing the programme office for strategic programmes, ensuring appropriate governance for successful delivery.
  2. Supporting team members to achieve personal and team development.
  3. Seeking opportunities to improve programme management office capabilities and output quality, encouraging innovative ideas.
  4. Providing project and programme reports to management bodies such as Steering Committees, Change Investment Committee, ExCo, and Board.
  5. Offering planning support as needed.
  6. Controlling scope and milestones.
  7. Identifying and tracking dependencies across the programme.
  8. Supporting financial management by tracking costs and working with Finance Business Partners.
  9. Overseeing resource tracking aligned with financial reporting.
  10. Ensuring programme quality through adherence to Allianz standards.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in building and managing programme offices.
  • Proven track record with complex programmes.
  • Expertise in programme methodology and lifecycle across multiple environments.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Capability to lead improvements and change initiatives.
  • Experience working under pressure on time-sensitive activities.
  • Extensive experience in Change Delivery, Project/Programme Offices.
  • Proficiency in governance forums like Steering Committees.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Analytical skills to identify assurance areas needing attention.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery practices.
  • Financial tracking and analysis skills.
