Job Title: Interim HR Business Partner

Job Description

  1. Support the organisation with the development of policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure high-quality support is provided to managers.
  3. Lead organisational development and culture change initiatives.
  4. Assist the organisation during a period of change and in embedding a new business partnering model.
  5. Support your client group with operational and strategic needs, including culture change, organisational design, workforce planning, talent, and performance management.
  6. Develop and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation.
  7. Support the implementation of the organisation's resourcing strategy.
  8. Contribute to the delivery of the talent management strategy and help embed a high-performance culture.
  9. Identify and promote overall improvements and efficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience within a university or NFP sector is essential.
  • Experience supporting organisational change is desirable.
  • Ability to start at short notice.

What's on Offer
