Job Opportunity: IT Systems Engineer

Location: East Surrey. Hybrid working after completion of probation.

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 with benefits such as an annual bonus, private health, enhanced pension, and more.

Company Overview: Join a rapidly growing telecoms service provider with over 250 employees and offices worldwide. They serve both public and private sectors, providing connectivity, communication, and managed IT solutions to organizations in maritime, defence, and commercial sectors.

Role Overview: Be part of a systems management team of three customer-facing engineers responsible for technical support, administration, and management of customer-managed IT systems. The role involves approximately 50% ticket resolution and 50% project work, with flexibility depending on workload.

Candidate Profile:

• Experienced Microsoft-focused engineer with a background in MSP environments.
• Strong VMware and virtualization expertise.
• Good Windows OS knowledge, including Active Directory management.
• Broad IT skills including Windows Desktop and Server, Networking, Office 365 technologies, WiFi, Data, and Voice Communications.

Location: Must reside within a commutable distance to East Surrey.
