Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage Concerto CAFM system, balancing health & safety, business needs & budgets
- First point of contact for facilities support in your region
- Escalate urgent health & safety or business-critical issues
- Ensure timely contractor visits & follow up on resolutions
- Coordinate emergency 3-hour call-outs, keeping all stakeholders informed
- Support regional engineers & build relationships with site managers
- Review & approve quotations based on maintenance budgets
- Handle asset management for catering equipment
- Manage support centre emails & calls efficiently
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience in facilities maintenance/helpdesk (Concerto is a plus)
- A calm, level-headed approach & problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, teamwork & decision-making abilities
- Customer-focused & inclusive mindset
- Organised with attention to detail
