We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate Catering Supervisor who is dedicated to exceptional food and world-class customer service. This role involves confidently overseeing all catering and service operations for Eurest within Compass Group UK&I on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will ensure our kitchens and service counters operate smoothly and help deliver outstanding food experiences. Key Responsibilities

1. Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
2. Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure excellent food and customer service
3. Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
4. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
5. Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations
6. Supporting and training teams, leading from the front to enable excellence
7. Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about great-tasting food and customer service
• Minimum of two years catering experience
• Experience managing teams in a similar role
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ambitious and motivated with a desire to upskill
