Serving more than 3,000 clients, the company boasts a successful sales team across four business units: Consumer & Market Intelligence, IT and Network Services, Digital Transformation, and Information Intelligence, providing a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships at senior levels, including CMO, CIO, CTO.
  • Accurately forecast sales and revenue.
  • Conduct research and understand business issues.
  • Engage in stakeholder triangulation to understand brand activities.
  • Pitch company's key services effectively.
  • Negotiate both commercially and legally.
  • Collaborate with marketing on upcoming activities to generate leads.
  • Work with internal teams, including pre-sales and delivery, to support meetings and pitches.
  • Develop clear plans to achieve goals and targets.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be results-driven with a successful track record in business development, particularly in selling professional services related to UX design and implementation. They should be motivated, self-starting, and possess excellent time management, listening, and persuasion skills. The candidate should be confident in defining solutions aligned with business goals and be capable of leading multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and solutions like Google Analytics, Drupal, Acquia, Laravel, Shopify, and Headless CMS is beneficial.

What We Offer

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience) + £25,000 OTE (uncapped). Based in West London with hybrid working (2-3 days/week in the office). Generous benefits package.
