Due to internal promotion, our client is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for their fast-paced and successful store based in Brighton.

Their brand holds a market-leading position within fashion and accessories. They have an excellent reputation for quality products, innovative designs, and welcoming stores focused on service.

The salary offered is up to £30,500 with an annual bonus.

To be considered for the role, it is essential that you have supervisory, team leadership, or assistant management experience within retail.

You will be responsible for:

1. People Leadership - including rota planning, staff performance management, motivation, leadership, and inspiration. Setting goals and organizing the day-to-day priorities of your team.
2. Customer Service Management - upholding brand standards and ensuring they are met across all customer engagement points.
3. Sales Focus - maintaining the commercial focus of the business on targets, working with the store manager and team to reach financial performance indicators.
