Deputy Store Manager is known in Clarks as Sales & Service Manager.

What we need from you
You should have retail experience, demonstrating your abilities to confidently step into the role of Sales and Service Manager. A great communicator, you’ll inspire your team to meet targets and build strong relationships across the business. Your ability to handle retail IT, build rapport, and manage customer service issues simultaneously will make you an asset. You should also be prepared to deputise for the manager when required and aim for more senior roles in the future.
